How BuyOrWait handles data

No account is required. Optional feedback contains your rating, game, recommendation and note. Anonymous beta events are recorded only after consent, using a random session ID that lasts for the browser session. Hosting systems may process IP, browser, time and errors for security.

Purpose and providers

We use this data to improve and protect the beta. The site runs on Vercel; feedback and events use Google Apps Script and Google Sheets. No advertising trackers or data sale.

Retention and rights

Feedback and beta events are intended to be kept for no more than 12 months unless needed for abuse or incidents. Refuse analytics and still use the service. For access, correction or deletion, submit feedback beginning “Privacy request”. Never include passwords, payment, health or other sensitive information.
